First I want to say something very important that I forgot to say on his party post. Thank you very much to our parents and Anita for all your help with the party and preparation! We could not have done it without you. And I really, really mean that!
Drew's actual birthday was such a fun day! Mirra and I joined Drew at school for lunch. We sat at a special birthday table with his choice of one friend, which of course was his best bud, Kaitlyn. All three classes of Kindergarten sang happy birthday to him, after which Drew stood up and said "thanks for singing guys!" We stuck around for recess and headed back for Mirra's nap while Drew finished out his day. When Drew got off the bus he got his presents from us. Then some friends that were unable to make his party came by to play for awhile. When they left we headed to Chuck E. Cheese where Andy met us. A good time was had by all.
