Well, Mirra couldn't decide if she wanted the side rail of her crib on or off so we just put up her big-girl bed. We can't call it a big girl bed because she tells us she is NOT big, she is little. That is how it came it be named "The Princess Bed."
We took her to the store to pick out new sheets. I wrapped some tulle around the headboard and we have a nightlight that changes colors behind the headboard so it looks magical.
She has been happily sleeping in her new bed for two weeks now. I think her favorite feature is that we can snuggle with her during reading time now.
